Membership Types

We have three different membership options.

1. Regular: Registration bag with program book and convention badge that gives normal access to any convention event except for the few for which there is an additional or separate fee (e.g., reception party, CCG tournaments). Regular memberships obtained by pre-registering are good for all three days of the convention. Regular membeships will also be available at the door, and can be good for three days, two days (Fri-Sat, Sat-Sun, Fri & Sun, or one day (Fri, Sat, or Sun) depending on what you pay (see below).
2. Silver: Regular membership benefits plus a 2008 convention t-shirt and 2008 convention USA pin. Silver memberships are only available by pre-registering by 31 Oct. There is a limite of 300 Silver Memberships
3. Sponsor: Silver membership benefits plus first entry for cosplay and other shows in main events, 30 minute early access to the dealer's room, a meet and greet with our guests on Friday night, and their names listed in the program book as an official sponsor of Anime USA. Sponsor memberships are only available by pre-registering online and have a limit of 50.

Child Discounts

Children seven years of age or younger are allowed in free with an accompanying registered adult (18 or older). On such child per adult. Child must remain with the adult at all times. Child will be required to wear a child badge (provided by the con) with adult's contact information on it. This discount is only available at the door, it is not available through pre-registration.

Children eight to twelve years of age are allowed in for half-price with an accompanying registered adult (18 or older). No more than two such children per adult (including any child seven and younger). Child will be required to wear a child badge (provided by the con) with adult's contact information on it. This discount is only available at the door, it is not available through pre-registration.

Registering

We can accept credit cards, PayPal, personnel check, or money order. Credit cards will be processed through PayPal. If you will pay with check or money order, when you are finished regisering you will print out a form to mail in with your payment.

If your registered last year, you can use the same username and password you used then.

Groups of eight or more receive a 15% discount. Memberships types can not be mixed to make the threshold, e.g., 8 regular or 8 silver, but not 4 of each.

Registration Confirmation

All registrations will be confirmed solely by e-mail. We also periodically update our online Registration List with the names, locations, and membership type of those who pre-register.

Registering at the Door

At the door rates are listed above. Registration times at the convention will be:

• Friday: 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM
• Sunday: 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM
