Membership Types

We have three different levels of membership types: Regular, Silver and Sponsor.

Please note: sponsor memberships are now SOLD OUT!

• Regular: This level entails you to a registration bag with program book and convention badge that gives normal access to any convention event except for the few which have additional registration or participation fees (e.g., reception parties or CCG tournaments). Regular registrations obtained by pre-registering are good for all three days of the convention. Regular memberships will also be available at the door and will be good for three days (Fri-Sun), two days (Sat & Sun) or just Sunday, depending on the date the badge was purchased.
• Silver: A Silver membership entails you to all the above mentioned benefits with the addition of a 2011 convention T-shirt and a 2011 convention pin. Silver memberships are limited to a total of 300 members only.
• Sponsor (SOLD OUT): Sponsor memberships are entitled to all of the benefits of the Silver sponsorship plus the following: first choice of seating in our main events shows, 30 minutes early access to the dealer's room, and their names listed in a special Thank You section of the 2010 Program Guide. Sponsor memberships are available for purchase online only and are limited to a total of 100 members.
• Pre-paid Tee-shirt and Pin: Just want to buy the 2011 AUSA shirt and pin? Now you can do so through the online registration site. If you order before October 21st, the shirt and pin will be mailed out to you, so those of you who can't attend the con but would like to have the shirt and pin still will be able to get it! After the 21st, the order will be available for pick up at the convention.

Pre-registration Rates

Pre-registration is tiered by date groups and will increase in price as the next date group comes. The following are the group tiers for Anime USA pre-registration:

At-door Rates

At door rate will be $58.

Registration times at the convention will be:

• Friday: 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM
• Sunday: 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM

Discounts

• Children under 7: Children age 7 years or younger will be allowed into the convention free when accompanied by an adult (age 18 or older) with a registered membership. Children under age 7 must be with sponsoring adult at all times while within convention spaces and must wear a Child's registration badge (this badge will be provided by the convention). This discount is only available at the door and will not be made available for pre-registration. Under 7 Child's badges are limited to one child per adult.
• Children ages 8 - 12: Chidren 8 to 12 years will be allowed into the convention with a half-price discount when accompanied by an adult (age 18 or older) with a registered membership. Children under age 12 will have their sponsor's contact information written on it and must wear the badge at all times while within convention spaces. This discount is only available at the door and will not be made available for pre-registration. 8 - 12 Child's badges are limited to two children per adult.
• Groups: Groups of eight or more receive a 15% discount. Membership types cannot be combined to make the threshold (e.g., a group of eight cannot have four Silver memberships, one Sponsor membership and three Regular memberships).
• Active Duty Military: There will be a $5 discount for active duty military.  Must show active duty ID to qualify.

Registering

Anime USA accepts credit cards, PayPal, personal check or money order. Credit card payments are processed through PayPal. If paying via personal check or money order, you will need to download and fill-out an additional registration form to mail in with your payment.

If you registered for the previous year's convention, you may use the same login and password for the current convention.

Registry Confirmation

All registrations will be confirmed by email. Additionally, you may be able to confirm your registration via the AUSA registration website.
